Smart building technology has evolved over the years, but the industry continues to struggle with adopting new solutions that create meaningful change.  Source IoT was formed to help accelerate the adoption of new technologies that create sustainable business outcomes for stakeholders at all levels of the proptech and smart building space. 

Our founder, David Sciarrino, is a thought leader in the industry with over 20 years of expertise in the smart building and IoT space.  He has held roles in engineering, design, operations, and sales at Siemens and has also applied those same skills at Johnson Controls.  Most recently, David held the role of North American sales manager for Dialog Semiconductor's Industrial Edge Computing Division where he worked with multiple channel sales partners and startups developing market strategies for a variety of Smart Buiding and IoT technologies. 

David holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
